Alabama Certified Trophy Anglers for Bluegill

Certified Trophy Anglers have had their catch of a bluegill 2 pounds or larger or 13 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. (Picture against a ruler and with the angler also required, see rules.) Certified Master Anglers have had their catch of a bluegill 1 pound or larger or 10 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division.

This two-pound, four-ounce bluegill was caught May 23, 2007 from Escambia County Lake.

This 2-pound, 3-ounce bluegill is the current lake record at Escambia County Lake.  It was caught June 17, 2006.
