Fishing at Lanark

Did you catch your first fish at the "Walk in the Forest?" The Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division offers a first fish certificate.

Anticipation builds for fishing at Lanark.	These anglers are confident they will catch a fish.
This mother-daughter team is ready for a bite.	Their patience pays off with a big channel catfish.

Fish were released back into the pond.	Bait should be carefully put on the sharp hook.

Catfish don't have scales, just skin and slime.
