Location: Mobile County; Township 08S, Range 02W, Sections 05, 06, 07, and 08
Acreage: 470 Acres
THE Portersville Bay Wetlands TRACT in Mobile County consists of 470 acres of coastal marsh, maritime forest and piney flatwoods, which were acquired with financial support from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, through a $1 Million National Coastal Wetlands grant. This tract compliments the Grand Bay Savannah acquisitions made since 1996.
